The Vasley N. Jackson Scholarship, Inc. also known as VNJ Scholarship, Inc. was established in January 2024, to honor the legacy of Mr. Vasley Nathaniel Jackson who dedicated his life in serving others with special care, compassion and attention to mentoring youth and anyone with a passion to learn. As a master of many trades, Mr. Jackson believed that there were innumerable benefits in possessing a trade, especially when certified or licensed in that trade.
The purpose and mission of VNJ Scholarship, Inc. is to provide scholarship assistance to students of Jamaican descent pursuing their education in any technical trade certification program or trade school, which will enable them to obtain the technical knowledge and skills as it relates to a desired occupation.
To qualify for The VNJ Scholarship, applicants must meet the requirements, which is provided in the application packet that is obtainable by clicking on the "apply now" button below or on the home page link.
